A project that delivers results
Who we are
We promote the cultivation of Argentine pistachios through productive integration, technological innovation, and a long-term vision.
Project development
Our roots
We are producers and exporters of pistachios rooted in San Juan, with a global reach.
Our project began in 1998 with a 75-hectare plantation in Punta del Agua, an area whose climatic conditions are ideal for pistachio cultivation.
Marcelo Nemirovsky, a businessman dedicated to the renewable energy sector, with the guidance of agronomist Pablo Camilo García, decided to invest in an innovative crop and promote the consumption of a healthy food.
Today, we have 300 hectares under cultivation, a nursery, and a processing plant equipped with cutting-edge technology, where a team of 28 local residents works.
We manage the entire production cycle, from seed germination to the commercialization of pistachios in various formats. Throughout this process, we generate knowledge alongside technicians and academics from national and international universities.
We have a presence in the domestic market and export to Spain, Italy, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Ecuador, and Russia.
Our experience allows us to advise entrepreneurs in the development of new projects in Argentina.
Positive impact
Good practices
We are a triple-impact company (social, economic, and environmental) dedicated to the sustainable production of pistachios in Argentina.
Our purpose is to cultivate a healthy, high-quality food product while optimizing the use of water and electricity and preserving soil sustainability.
We are committed to generating value in a desert and remote area of San Juan province by reclaiming unproductive land, creating high-quality local jobs, continuously training our team, and protecting the surrounding environment.
Our production model is based on the principles of the circular economy, a sustainable strategy that promotes the 3Rs: reduce, reuse, and recycle.
We do not generate waste in our production process, as we use pistachio shells and hulls to produce compost, which we then use as a natural fertilizer to nourish the soil of our farms.
Sustainable production
Renewable energy
In our farms, the sun not only ripens pistachios—it also generates the energy that powers our production. As pistachio producers, we understand that every decision within the value chain impacts our environment. That is why we have taken a decisive step toward more sustainable production: we have incorporated photovoltaic energy to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
This change is structural. It allows us to supply our processes with clean, renewable energy, optimize energy consumption, and offer our clients and consumers real added value: pistachios grown with respect for the land, efficient use of water, and production processes focused on caring for future generations.
In a world where traceability and environmental impact define competitiveness, we choose to lead through action. We believe that quality is not measured only in flavor, size, or yield—it is also measured in commitment to the planet.
Our pistachios reach international markets, but their origin always speaks clearly: solar energy, minimal footprint, sustainable future.
